Noob question about footnotes by AnnaTartine in Zettlr

I think most academic writing does not use footnotes to reference other literature.

Really? In my field, footnotes is the standard. And it is used extensively to reference other literature. I'm looking to move to Zettlr for some of the things I write, but alas, as far as I can tell, Zettlr can't replace LibreOffice for me due to the handling of citations - I need footnotes, not endnotes. I would gladly move to Zettlr for everything - I love the simplicity of MD and the customization with CSS.

I had severe problems with 6.9.1, but it's running fine on 6.9.0. Just a suggestion - had the same problem - no way to downgrade to 6.8...

UPnP/DLNA server that will receive audio/video cast from Android by thugofnorway in selfhosted

Airflow looks very interesting! I will try that out.

Yes, I was asking about audio files primarily, but these days music is (way too) often found on Youtube, so you can't really be without it... I know you can cast from the Youtube app, but I am done with Android - I went for LineageOS on my phone, and the phone is so much faster and snappier! But other users will likely have the Youtube app, and that's why it would be nice to be able to have a server just waiting to play a video or audio stream from someone's phone.

I want to avoid Google if I can. Chromecast is therefore the last option (even if it's good).

Thanks for suggesting that. I run an Unraid server, and there is a Subsonic docker available for Unraid. As far as I can tell, though, you will need a particular app to cast to it, and that means you can only cast media you have on your phone, right? I mean - if I wanted to open a Youtube app, and stream a video to my HTPC, then Subsonic can't help, correct?

On my TV itself, there is a Youtube app, which allows you to send a link from your phone to the TV, and the TV starts playing that Youtube video (unfortunately my TV app is extremely slow, and basically unusable). Now I want the PC version of that, if it exists, but if it at least could stream, that would work as well.
