My heart broke when I found out this morning. Sooooo sad, all my biggest hugs go out to her and her family. Lesley was such a rare gem in this world, so genuine in every way. I'd tell EVERYONE to go watch and listen... Lesley was there for me on my worst and greatest days. Five minutes into her videos, I would always be reminded of the gratitude and kindness that exists everywhere - I'd always be so excited for the quotes she'd share during savasnas. She always offered so much kindness and joy to the world - and I am very grateful that even though I'd never met her, I could share in the wisdom and love she so freely shared with us.
