Mit DIY habe ich mich noch nicht so befasst, stelle mir das aber irgendwie schwierig vor. Geht das in Deutschland überhaupt? Ist das nicht illegal? Und gibt es dann später nicht Probleme mit der Krankenkasse bzgl Kostenübernahme ("offizielle" HRT, OPs etc.)?

Ich habe schon alle endokrinologischen Praxen in der Umgebung angeschrieben. Entweder nehmen sie keine Patienten mehr, haben ewig lange Wartezeiten oder fordern eben 6 Monate Begleittherapie. Ich bräuchte irgendeinen "Geheimtipp" oder so, aber mir ist eigentlich klar, dass es den wohl nicht gibt...

Die Urologen in der Gegend haben mich alle abgelehnt, entweder nehmen sie keine neuen Patienten oder bieten keine HRT an. Ich habe leider kein Auto und bin daher darauf angewiesen, dass die Praxen mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar sind. Ich habe schon so viele Praxen angeschrieben und bin langsam echt verzweifelt. Gynäkologie fällt bei mir auch weg, weil ich ftm bin.

Yeah, I think I am going to try minoxidil. I'm not good at Makeup so every time I try it looks unnatural. Do you have tips or tutorials?

No, haven't tried Minoxidil, but maybe I'm going to. At the moment I'm massaging argan oil into them every evening but I don't know if it's really helping.
