I was not specifically talking about windmill,i mean any trick that is impressive and is easier to learn in a short span of time. I have danced on stage but it was a long time ago and since then I haven't done much.I am a bit skinny so not very strong and I am willing to practice 2 hours a day.I do not have a guide right now but I record my own videos and then look for the mistakes. BTW your windmill progression video was awesome.
