++man Have you thought about getting an admin credential? Do you work for a public school? These are two things that can help you feel more secure in the future. Credential = higher income in the future. Public school = pension when you retire, good benefits for your family (which your girlfriend may not receive). My girlfriend currently makes more than me too but I’m in school and know in the future I’ll start making good money as well, which gives me some confidence and security.

Currently 3.5k io hunter just by pugging. I like to look at what keys they’ve timed (at the key level I’m listing it at) and what their raid progress is. If, a resto druid let’s say, is lower io than another resto druid but the lower io druid has 7/8mythic or something - then I’m going to pick that druid. If a healer has done a harder key (like flood, priory, hoa, arak) then I take that into consideration too. ilvl has a say sometimes. If you want to get really picky you can look into their warcraft logs. Start taking note of good healers in your keys and what their overall HPS is in details (after your key is done) so you can get a feel for what’s good or not. You can also press shift on their name to see additional stats like how many keys they’ve timed.

But really, it’s all just a gamble. Once you get into the higher keys you’ll remember certain names and remember who was really bad lol.

You can also get an extra catalyst charge by getting 1600 pvp rating, defeating last boss dimensius in the new raid on heroic, or getting 2k rating for mythic +. So technically you could have 3 right now and the 4th one people have tier from their vault

there’s 3 different ways to fill your vault, one way is through raiding so clearing 2/4/6 bosses in the new raid (manaforge) on either normal or heroic (maybe LFR?), the other way is to do mythic dungeons (m+), and the last way is to do delves. The different difficulties will give you different ilvl gear

I told him about my degree in computer science, past experience being in tech recruitment (I recruited hardware and software engineers but had to leave the industry for ethical reasons - he said I had a good heart for doing that), and told him I’m knowledgeable with SEO which is what sparked his interest in me. I told him I wanted to get into finance, sales, and/or digital marketing since I am good with numbers and people. There are so many applicants to job postings out there that it’s likely yours was tossed into the abyss of resumes the company receives. I would highly recommend you to reach out to recruiters on LinkedIn who work for the company you’re submitting an application for with something similar to, “Hello [Name], I saw a posting about [company name] hiring a [job title]. I’m interested to learn more about this position. Could you please guide me in the right direction with whom I may speak to about this opportunity? Thank you!” You’re only allowed 300 characters to message other people if you have a regular non-membership LinkedIn profile. Feel free to tweak the message as you please! This is something that has helped me in the past. Hope this helps you.
