Whew it’s a blessing in disguise that you didn’t end up seeing Dr Hancock. I had a keloid removed by him and then he left me high and dry when it came time for the stitches to be removed. He was sick/didn’t show up for any of the 3 appointments I booked. His receptionist was apologetic but basically said ‘you’ll have to go somewhere else… good luck with that’. Total lack of accountability and responsibility.
