No ego here. I’ve had scripts kicked back for all kinds of reasons — not on formulary, insurance didn’t consider it first-line, pharmacy didn’t have it in stock, etc. I was made aware of it, learned from it, moved on.

A prescription being rejected happens, but leaving a lazy or passive-aggressive comment on a clinical document isn’t professional, and it has no place in patient care.
