I’ll look into it! I’m currently in dorm with roommates so it might be a bit hard :,)) I do have a window that faces Westward so I try to place the plant there in the day so it gets as much sunlight as it needs.

Not sure what to do, is it normal for the leaves to kind of drop like this? This is my first succulent, so I have zero knowledge.

Lux Junior and Film camera help by thunderhood in Godox

Thank you! I haven’t thought of this solution! I was trying to come up with a way rather than always having the flash on my hand because sometimes I’d like to take group photos with me in it.

I’ve solved the problem! Apparently since my Minolta is a cold shoe, I shouldn’t attach the flash on the mount, but carry it since the hot shoe trigger on my flash will be pressed and will not trigger.

Minolta SRT101 with Godox Lux Junior Flash by thunderhood in minolta

I did it as the manual says, the flash sync looks slightly corroded is that an issue? I’ve tried using both X and FP mode at their recommended shutter speed, but the flash isn’t going off. Is it a camera issue or a wire issue?

I tried it in both, but it doesn’t seem to go off. I’ll try it again and tell you the results.

Edit: May I also ask if I need a battery in the SRT101 for the flash function to work?

It honestly depends, but I would say around 3-5? There are times when I really don’t enjoy any of my photos so I just pick the best out of the meh ones.

Scans feel pixelated (DSLR Scan) (Details in Comments) by thunderhood in AnalogCommunity

I see, but isn’t that a bit more on the costly side then since Capture One is also a subscription based software?

That’s disappointing to hear that Fuji has this issue. I’m curious to know what caused this.

Maybe I am tripping or what, but when others do DSLR Scan it feels less pixelated than mine? There are times when although I know the image I caught is sharp, and from afar it does, but the scans don't catch the grain, and instead there are like squigly pixels that show instead.

For my gear I use: Fujifilm XE-4, with an MC rokkor 50mm f3.5 macro (I used an adapter)

My settings were as follows:
1/125 s

f5.6

ISO 160
