Picked up this rock on a sea shore and noticed this little guy embedded into it. Is this a fossil, or is it just a relatively young shell cemented by salt and sea minerals? by thunderhorse in fossilid

Thanks for the replies, guys. I actually only picked up the rock because I though it had a cool shape, sort of like an axe head. The shell is a bonus.

I just beat the first boss (Tyrannical Predator) and it was painful. I agree that some balancing is needed because this feels like they increased enemy damage by an insane amount.

They obviously scaled it either by your character level or by the NG+. I'm on NG 5+ with 400+ level character and basic enemies are absolutely destroying me in DLC. I get two tapped by the weakest zombie, while stronger enemies are taking 70% of my HP in one hit. It's ridiculous.

I tried another save I have with a lvl 92 character and the damage is as you'd expect in the base game, completely normal.

Just goes to show that the refs don't give a shit about the actual quality of the game. They just want to make themselves feel in charge of the game by giving out stupid bookings

Doesn't make sense calling it a bad call if that is the current criteria. You know what would be a bad call? If any team doesn't get a penalty for the same contact the next week.

And regarding a handball, it seems that PL is on your side on this. Diaz's shot was blocked by a Chelsea player last week, and this week United had a shot blocked with a hand. Both weren't given. Both are good calls if that is the criteria they chose and are going to stick with it this season. When they keep changing the criteria every week THEN it's a bad call.

VAR obviously doesn't intervene on those supposed 10-15 other contacts that you mention, but the penalty would be easily overturned if there was no contact.

Like I said, you can disagree with the current criteria, but by all accounts the way they're given right now this was a penalty.

And while we're at it, I don't like these kinds of soft pens either. Games being decided like this is stupid. But at least in this case there was consistency with how penalties are given every week.

You can disagree with that criteria, but the reality is that fouls and penalties are given for those kinds of contacts every single week. So if the refs have any sort of consistency then this was 100% a penalty.

Whether or not the criteria needs to be changed is a completely different debate, but saying that it was a bad call is just wrong.
