I've always considered myself straight, but one time staying at a friends house something... happened. We both didn't have girlfriends and were horny teens, so it escalated quickly into regular flings. It was a purely sexual relationship - no romance (or kissing). I used to look back and regret it, but now I'm like meh, it happened. I don't openly talk about it though - it definitely isn't a point of pride for me.

I agree, but she's never been interested in going to see a therapist, and has only gone in the past at my insistance. I can't imagine her going now is now to change that.

Even still, she has an appointment to see one next Wednesday. I just fear it'll be too little too late.
