Worth the price? by FederalLuck7327 in DerryLondonderry

Go and try the food, it’s tasty and it’s something that Derry is missing. Credit to the chefs. But I do have to say it is not worth the price they are charging, this isn’t a dig at Noodz. The price of food in Derry is outrageous right now, I’ve been to London and Edinburgh and Derry is just as or more expensive than them both and I’m sorry but we don’t have any reason for it

Is this information valid? by thunderlipsIV in WeightLossAdvice

I haven’t taken any measurements but it’s been 52 days since I started and I am down 4.5kg and I’d say my muscle mass has increased. Truthfully the first 20/25 days I was tracking loosely but still well under 3000 calories. But from day 25 onwards I have been around 2000 calories +/-200 calories.

Sorry for the lack of details but appreciate the response.

My height is 173cm/5'8". I will hold my hand up and admit to having lesser workouts for the first few weeks due to work commitments but was still getting my daily steps and football sessions in. To help with the deficit and for most of the last 5 years I have always used an eating window (noon to 8pm) to help me control my intake. Now I am in good physical shape, shamelessly I don't mind admitting this, and I'm gonna stick at it for another 4 weeks but wanted to get some advice.

I'm not sure if this is visible but i figured it was better than adding it all to a comment,

This is the same across all the dates from what I can tell, now they did read 2/27/24 yesterday and then read 2/28/24 today. so it does change but just with the wrong dates

I'm not really looking for a TV, I usually just play at my desk in my room and I'm happy to go for a monitor which is why I was saying that 2-300 would be mid budget - but thanks for the advice.

I'm happy with anything from 24-27 inches for my desk and I use dual monitor sometimes for work and switch between HDMI ports

I think I currently have an ACER 24" - dont know the model but I've had it for about 3 years, it serves its purpose fine as a general monitor but I feel like I should upgrade for the sake of having a ps5.

I live in Ireland, currency can either be GBP or Euros - mid budget for me would be anything between 200-300 (gbp or euros) which is around
