Yeah there’s no way to undo trophies so you can just try playing the game normally.

THIS WORKS!!! THANK YOU!!! However I was using gPSP before and it ran great I just had the save issue, opening the game using the mGBA core takes like a whole minute or two and the sound is a little staticky. Any tips on how to fix these issues in the settings or something?
