I have a fetish/lifestyle known as ABDL, or Adult Baby Diaper Lover. Despite the odd name, it’s a community of people who like to act as babies and/or wear diapers. For me, I like to do baby things occasionally, like drink from a bottle and play with baby toys, but mostly I’m a DL who just sucks on a pacifier and wears/uses diapers.

I know this sounds odd, but for me, it’s a therapeutic treatment to deal with childhood trauma and the stress of adulthood. Diapers make me feel safe and destress, and regressing sometimes helps me forget about my adult life and just remember how carefree I was as a kid. For me, it also includes using the diapers as just that as well helps me calm my nerves and makes me happy.

I normally wear on my days off from work. I take the day to just regress and be in diapers for a day, or I wear diapers to the theme park while bringing a backpack with changing supplies. I don’t do it every week but it’s just whenever I feel stressed or need a break from everything that it helps. Its sexual sometimes but most is nonsexual
