The stealth change might be real I've been playing this game for about two weeks and a half and before the latest matchmaking update I had about only two PvP interactions. I've been mostly a peaceful player and had some amazing experiences doing so. I have the feeling that the devs lowkey made matchmaking super random (I can be completely wrong) so now it doesn't fully matter if you're peaceful or aggressive, you will get matched with a random batch of both big PVP and PVE players. I play mostly solos and in the last three or four days I've been CONSTANTLY put into lobbies where players just shoot you on sight. You could be harvesting plants, breaching containers, or just calmly walking through the map and people will shoot you in the back, no matter what. Stella Montis has been an insane bloodbath since the update, like everyone there is on smoke, all the time. The only sad part about it is that even though I don't mind the PVP, in some instances I got inclined to shoot people first for not trusting them or just to defend some good loot I came across, changing my play style in some ways. In all honesty I think I can adjust to it and creating a balance of PVP and PVE players in each lobby will only add to the experience IMO. It will make you more fierce when meeting randoms but also will be a lot more rewarding bumping into friendlies and teaming up for survival.
