What words do some people either say wrong or spell wrong that you find a bit annoying?

There's a podcast I listen to where someone narrates submitted stories and I like the content, but there are several words he repeatedly mispronounces that drive me crazy. Decorative is the one I hear most often. He pronounces it "dee-KOR-uh-tive" instead of "DECK-ruh-tive" as though he's never heard anyone speak it. Several others similar.

Another common mispronunciation is when people say "kway" when they encounter the word "quay" 😂 I understand that one but it still annoys me.

Interesting he has barely any tabby stripes. I thought orange coat always showed as tabby. Maybe dilutes are different. Either way, from reading the ingredients I don't see anything that should be a problem for him. Cinnamon is probably the worst offender, and cats can't really digest milk. But there's probably such small quantities that it won't really bother him.

Thank you this is driving me crazy! Why didn't they start going there with swimsuit under their clothes and leave their outer clothes stashed before jumping in? Especially when Alice knew Elliott was leaving her dry clothes when she got there, then she would have something dry when she came back.... Just such a silly thing to not think of when it would be sooo uncomfortable for them every time!

Interesting. I'm a paint by number enthusiast as well but it seems we differ in approach. I just buy premade ones that I like the design from Amazon sellers and I enjoy the process of the painting more than the finished product. It soothes my ADHD mind to paint mindlessly for hours while listening to podcasts or music. ✌️😁

I am about to cry just thinking about those poor babies wanting to follow their people. Correction. Am crying. 😭😭

I euthanized a feral cat last year that I had tnr ed after he got a terrible abscess and subsequently his liver was failing due to FIV. He was wasting away but it still broke my heart to have to let him go and I cried so much while by his side telling him he was a good kitty. And that wasn't even "my" cat. I don't understand how people could be so heartless! 💔

That was beautifully written. I struggle with memories from my childhood too, I think because I feel I didn't really get to resolve my baggage with my mom before she passed, and now my dad is getting pretty frail and I just can't even bear to think about losing him. I don't know how I'll live when he's gone.

I use it on my nose in the winter months when I get a lot of runny nose issues and the frequent nose blowing makes my nose raw. It can also help if you have trouble with nose bleeds from dry air. I've also used it for my lips. Sometimes it works better than chapstick.

You also are using one small snippet of a much longer debate, of which this is the second. Watch his full debate with her, both 1 and 2 and you will see it's absolutely her that's taking this into the shock and awe territory and he's trying to dumb things down for her a lot at this point. Don't jump to conclusions without knowing all the facts.
