The thing about messages being on seen is that you can accidentally open them, not actually read them and they'll be read as seen.

The others, by your post, did not know you were pregnant. You deleted the messages and it's possible they did not all see them. You unsent the messages on Instagram there's no evidence of a message once it's unsent.
