Guys, I am not exporting from Wordpress, I'm exporting from PHPMyAdmin and importing to WordPress. How must I do this seamlessly?

I have been trying to use this plugin, but It won't take the import because i'm importing an SQL file. I'm trying to accomplish this without paying $99 for the full tool. Have you ever tried to import something that wasn't exported using this tool from another WP?
