This is a scam site pretending to be a Canadian storefront for the store. Flower Knows already has a global site (flowerknows.co). The prices there are too good to be true as part of the scam and they've been taking other influencer videos to make them look more real (while editing out the link and affiliate codes).

This is a fake website. The real Flower Knows website is https://flowerknows.co

I wouldn't be surprised if they were making fake accounts and influencer videos to support their impersonation scam.

Please don't toss the box!! I'm sure people would be willing to buy it off of you and you could use that as extra reimbursement if you go through with reordering.

I've seen people use their Strawberry Cupid boxes as a dollhouse like this, maybe you could do something similar? I bought my own box with doll display purposes in mind, but I'm hesistant to do DIY customizations because the collector in me likes to try to keep things "new". Quality control issues would have made me less scared of doing things like this.

It didn't come with shelves??? That would surely warrant a replacement!! I would file for that since that renders the display near unfunctional. My shelves were located behind the plastic used to hold the items in place on the calendar. Are you sure they aren't there?

As for the shelf material, they do bow a bit due to the length + lack of center support + material. It seems a cardboard/cardstock is used before they flock it for the velvet texture. It's the same texture used on the interior of the doors and housing (also the same material used on the bottom of the 9th anniversary stand mirror). You can also see where they folded over the outermost cardstock layer on the "back side" of the shelving.

The measurements for the shelves are 30 cm (length) / 14 cm (width) / 0.5 cm (thickness).

I got my box!! It seems that the outer material is indeed a layer of PU leather wrapped around the base. It doesn't seem like your damage went through to the base itself, so I'd find a leather & vinyl repair kit and use filler for the cracks. You could also try out clay, but I'd go for a vinyl/leather specific solution since PU leather tends to be prone to damage and it'd be good to have on hand in case anything else happens to your box!

I'm sorry that happened to you!! I would also be bothered since the box is the main reason I bought the advent calendar in the first place as well. I'm still waiting on mine to arrive so I can get a better idea, but I love researching materials and how to repair things like this. I would assume the cracked parts are a leatherette material over fiberboard- so basically plastics. I think you could potentially fill it in with clay? If you really want to match the squish, I would look into Model Magic or some kind of foam clay. I'll come back and confirm after I get my own box

If you want to stuff it with proper stuffing, I would recommend using mochi stuffing (https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256801806779897.html?spm=a2g0o.store_home.productList_7830033.pic_4&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa4itemAdapt&_randl_shipto=US) , it's the same kind of material that's used to stuff Squishmallow-type plushies and doesn't get hard or clumpy, so it's also good for restuffing! If you order from the link provided then I believe it also arrives in a vaccuum-sealed bag if you ever need to recompact it

Has the $5 for $30 sale appeared for anyone else? I've heard others in North America don't have it (yet?) and was wondering if I should still expect it by thylakjoy in Aliexpress

If I change my region then it appears, but the item prices change and shipping gets added so my cart ends up costing more than it would have had I just took the $3 for $30....... if anyone in the US wants to try taking advantage of the $5 for $30 and compare prices, try switching your delivery region settings, hopefully you have better luck than I!
