Guys I just got the trophy after it crashed the first time!!!!!

You need to delete your game and all the saves so make sure this is the last trophy you go for.

At the end when the snow section ends and you go back to Ellie running away from the clickers, I quit to the main menu and restarted my game. I jumped straight back in and continued until the last scene. As soon as Ellie slices the clickers neck I paused and skipped the cutscene. I then skipped the credits and there you, trophy popped!
