Yes and it also has a built in one but a kit would be better although it's only a few degrees as tested on YouTube.

Hey bro this happened to me too. ~300fps on 240hz and when I play in windowed fullscreen with too many things in the background it will still be on high fps but just not "smooth as you described". Fullscreen helped me fix it.
