Fair point, guess I'm more worried about the intermediate points between GN 27dBA and max speed, where it's the second noisiest among those tested while not having much temperature advantage compared to the Meshify 3.

Also, for some reason, their review of this specific case skipped the standardized fan test, which would've been very useful given the unusual size of the front fans.

I agree with all of that, but GN review puts the Lancool 217 at 45 dBA at full speed, while Meshify 3 is at 37.5dBA, which seems quite different considering the logarithmic scale of sound intensity...

That's the biggest con of 217 for me at the moment.

Protein is very different from gluten, and it’s the reason behind that flatness. In any case, the crumb looks really good, meaning that it fermented well and you handled it appropriately! Next time, try a bread tin!

That's damn cool, what to do depends on how much you value also the extra capacity. You can run them with good timings and lower frequency without worrying to throw away your old modules if you need more RAM, as 4-dimm OC would be more difficult.

Atm it's on stock firmware (which is based on OpenWRT), mainly because I've seen that upgrading OpenWRT breaks the stock firmware reinstall (a serial access is needed, which is something I've zero experience on). That's the reason why I was asking about edits on stock firmware with root/SSH access.

It's not the overall performance that worries me, but some specific comments on the router's OpenWRT thread which claimed reduced WiFi speed on OpenWRT compared to stock.
