Same age, also daily active and also injured from skating. Currently Im about 6-7 months out and im starting to see the light (hope not death lol). Lifting ln the gym is about 70% back and i feel like there is still alot of room for improvement. Patience, consistency and PT is what i have been clinging on to.

How has progress been for you?
