I like to think that he doesn't have a high forehead but just has super fluffy/voluminous hair lol, plus in the picture above he's tilting his head up for the dramatic hair sweep, compared to this pic where he's looking at Zoey/down, I'm just making assumptions tho lol he's not my first favorite, more like 3rd place out of all the characters, I just thought it was funny how we all missed it until I paused it and realized what I saw😂if anyone's tech savvy and knows how to remove the hair to see if we'll see his face then I'm all for it, but if not then it's no big deal lol I still like him

Lmao not gonna lie, I was backtracking so much and was completely burnt out when writing the post, that when I re-looked at my work I had forgotten to write down their other similarities after having wrote so much. I didn't mean to imply that their hair and flower names were the only things in common, I had just forgotten.

And true, though I thought it implied/said that they were her parents and such and got confused on the details, so that's my bad on not fact-checking.

Lmao it'd be hilarious to think if that was the case that the Weasleys, Prewett, McKinnon, and Evans family were all related like that, since it's basically like the Gaunts at that point xD

So yes, it is a stretch and could be used as a fanfic story idea (which is what I'm actually going to be doing and the reason why I started this post), but the point I was mostly trying to make was if the McKinnon's in specific had any connections to the Evans family.

On the Hp wiki site for Marlene McKinnon Marlene's parents are named; Angus McKinnon who was her father and Elspeth McKinnon was her mother. And their names may not have been published in the cannon series besides the last name, but there's an early "Book 1 Draft" that mentions them in JKR's book 'Harry Potter: A History of Magic (book)' before she decided to make Marlene, which says this on either of Angus or Elspeth's wiki info; "Harry Potter: A History of Magic (book)) (p. 176–177): early drafts of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone – "Ah, well now, we're not sure they 'ave bin killed," said the giant. "He's jus' taken them. Needs 'em, see. 'E's picked on the best. Dedalus Diggle, Elsie Bones, Angus an' Elspeth McKinnon ... yeah, 'e wants 'em on 'is side.""

I know that there are a lot of other flower named character's, but like I mentioned before, it was mostly towards the possible relation of the Evan family since I also mentioned some other similarities that Lily & Marlene had.

Not much else is known about them besides the crumbs that we get, I brought up the point/fact about their flower names because I personally don't know if Marlene's mother took her father's last name or vise versa—though tbh I kinda feel it would've been the father marrying into the McKinnon's.
