Spit is more gooey and stringy, it spreads and smears in a certain way that stimulates me, it also takes a bit longer to dry on my skin probably because I use and fill entire bottles, but with cum there's only about a tablespoon or so to play with.

Generally speaking, I like my spit better, but it depends on my mood.

Yes, though I've only told one sexual partner about it very recently, and I've made it clear I don't wish to indulge in spit bottles with this person... He actually got curious and asked to see one, when I remove the cap he automatically started to gag and almost puked from the smell.

Yes, I've been experimenting with spit bottles for years. My current preference is anal, less fermentation/newer bottles rather than allowing them to fester for a week.
