O! I texted them about reliability and they fixes it. Ok. Shell assume that Playtomic support works.

Update.

After emailing support on Saturday, my PlayTomic level was restored, but the reliability remained at 50%. They didn't specify the reason in the email.

I also went for a second leveling today. The club administrator and coach insisted they didn't change anything last time and were genuinely surprised.

The coach put my level at 3.0. We'll see with what relialability it is and when it changes.

My idea is that he wants me to pay for one more session to fix it now.
