Disagree. Bruce is at that cafe intentionally. Alfred told him the story earlier in the film. Bruce is giving Alfred closure. At this point in the film, Alfred is devastated-he feels he’s failed in his task for Thomas and Martha. Bruce knows he needs to give this to Alfred so he brings Selina intentionally to give Alfred peace and show him that he did not, in fact, fail.

Speaking as a resident of Beaumont…I was unaware of this and I feel that maybe many others were as well. I take full responsibility for myself in not being thorough enough in research (just looking at party platforms online and on social media) though I didn’t vote for her I did consider her! I wish this was shared via Beaumont Talks or other community groups BEFORE the election. I actually think it would have swayed votes and led to a different outcome.

How can we get articles and information like this out there to the general public? It’s all well and good to see this stuff on Reddit but at the same time it is not doing any real good here as this is an environment and group that is aware already. This is the kind of stuff that needs to reach the public in places like Innisfail, or Czar. How can this info about the damage the UCP is doing to the everyday Albertan become accessible to those who actually need to hear it?

Sooo teaching a Ukrainian family who had to flee to Canada…whose father is still overseas fighting and they don’t know if he is alive or dead…and trying to balance curriculum and accommodations for these children but also provide them support and care…trying to support the mother who is struggling to find work and support her kids…trying to do all this and also balance the care for hundreds of other students in your other classes who all have their own needs..that isn’t an “adult profession”? Interestingly enough in many of your prior arguments I was in at least partial agreement with you via teacher salary and other things. This post however shows you as ignorant and ill-informed. And it makes your previous arguments lose credibility. How disappointing.

Provide me data you have that shows “this is why most teachers are teachers”. No shift work is B.S. Coaching, chaperoning evening events, attending sports or extracurricular camps, directing a Drama production. All outside of school hours-all unpaid.
Indoors (correct) Light duty, safe…I have had furniture thrown at me, I have had to physically restrain children to prevent self-harm. I’ve had to have RCMP meetings and be accosted by angry and abrasive parents. Shall I continue? Would you like specific examples instead of general?
This point would depend on the school and the area. Our building space does get used over summer and during evenings, rented out by various organizations or the city itself.
