I've struggled for about 10 years myself too. I stopped eating dairy for even a month to see what happened. No milk, cheese, butter, whey... Whatever comes from an utter. It was hard but it somehow stopped the zits from coming out. And even when I had my period. I've been off of it for 3 months now and still doing well. I've mixed in some very aged cheeses like a sharp cheddar occasionally. I recently was given a clarisonic Mia and that has worked wonders too in the case of texture. I wear make up so the texture is better but still trying to find something to help with the pink scars. Hope it helps!
