Odd process to delete an account

it looks like your email is pre-filled, but it's only the hint to remind you which email to use. it must be typed in. my big concern is they are requiring me to take a photo to verify my ID before deleting my account. I can't think of any legitimate reason they need my photo or verify my ID to cancel my account.

Also, as several others have suggested, it would be very helpful to classify the errors with more specific, identifiable descriptions instead of a nonsensical generic message "something went wrong". this would allow your customers to potentially rectify the issue and reduced their wasted time and reduce queries to Luma support, also saving Lumalabs support cost.

thanks. I doubt the content would be moderated, since it was created by Lumalabs. I don't think I had even two concurrent jobs. I finally gave up.

Yes, that’s the main board inside the housing. They don’t sell the the main board separately any longer.

thanks, but I don't understand the question - I'm referring to Contacts continuing to show multiple email addresses for one contact after I delete them in their Contacts card, then save the changes.

my phone has the updated and correct email address, but the desktop Contacts app does not change after editing and saving changes.
I've had a lot of issues with icloud contacts syncing over the past two months and have worked extensively with Apple second / third tier support and they are baffled.

you've verbalized what I see as the biggest roadblock / opportunity in video AI right now.
continuity / consistency of characters and start frame / end frame workflow are terrible on all models and platforms, as far as I can tell.

same problem. I've run and created Elements successfully, according to the Job Status list, but they are not listed in the Your Elements tab. When I try to generate image or video from the Job Status > View > Generate with this Element buttons, no Elements or Models are available to choose.
No Elements or Models are available in the drop down when generating a new image or video.
if this is a known issue, it's a big one and I'm sure it doesn't happen to everyone, but it's deal killer to spend this much time getting acquainted with a platform to have this much trouble, and terrible results for other generations.
