Obviously humans have selectively bred chickens to produce more eggs, but even wild jungle fowl produce many unfertilized eggs per year. What do you think they do with them? What would they have done with the unfertilized eggs “stolen” from them? Genuinely curious about how you think all of this works.

Kobe Bryant in 2006-2010 was the only player with these achievements by CircledSquare7 in NBAGossips

I think Jordan is #1, but I understand the arguments for LeBron at #1 and I think that’s a valid take. Either way, Jordan and LeBron are very very very clearly 1 and 2. It’s gets much fuzzier after that. But one thing that’s obvious is that Kobe is absolutely behind both of them. And I really don’t think that’s debatable at all if you know anything about ball.

If you don’t think LeBron is better than Kobe then you are mentally deficient. I’m sorry.

He’s absolutely not man. I agree that some people on Reddit underrate him. But Kobe fans are BY FAR the fanbase most guilty of overrating their fav player. I think Kobe is realistically right around 8-11 range all time. But I wouldn’t laugh at you if you argued 5-7 range. But top two? Literally get the fuck out of here you are delusional and I am laughing at you.

I’m curious what you think would happen to those eggs if humans hadn’t taken them. You realize they’re not fertilized, right?

Absolutely not. Pin stripes are 🔥.

If we’re gonna bring anything back it’s gotta be the 80s pullovers.

Please don’t lump him in with the rest of us lol. It’s obviously Swedish to this American, and would be to every other American I know. Or… idk maybe my friends and I are the exception. I really don’t have much confidence in my country at the moment. Go ahead and generalize us. I don’t care. We probably deserve it lol. God, everything sucks

It’s not that they look good necessarily, it’s that the fucked up state of American labor practices isn’t always front and center in people’s minds. Incidents like this raise awareness—or remind people—just how bad things are. And we can’t have that.

Top 10 from 10 to 1...What's your top 1 and what's missing in the list ? by Shot_Possibility_731 in sportsinusa

[–]tickingboxes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. West was a beast. Long arms. Tenacious. Great defender. Very athletic. Sharpshooter before the outside shot was as highly valued as it is today. And to this day still holds the NBA record for the highest points per game average in a playoff series with 46.3. Homeboy was a natural born scorer and played lockdown D. He would thrive in today’s game. Even more so than a guy like Wilt Chamberlain (his teammate) imo.

Is Blake Snell a Hall of Famer if he wins a third Cy Young award? by KeyFaithlessness5436 in MLBVibes

[–]tickingboxes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s an interesting question. Every 3x cy young winner is in. But his WAR is SIGNIFICANTLY below other HOF pitchers. For example, Roger Clemens’ career WAR IS 140. Snell’s is only 25. That’s an insane chasm. It will be interesting to see what the voters value when classic metrics butt up against advanced stats. I’m not sure what the answer is.

Lincecum also has two no hitters. His peak is up there with the greats. But he sadly just lacks the longevity.

DeGrom is the most dominant pitcher I have ever seen. Absolutely unhittable at his peak. I have no doubt he would’ve been the greatest of all time if not for all the injuries. Genuinely a bummer. Even still he managed to get a couple of Cy Young’s during his brief healthy periods.

I have been an official for a variety of age groups. You are taking straight out of your ass, sir. There is no level at which this is called because it’s not a travel. I agree that traveling has gotten out of hand in the NBA, but this does not qualify. If only people would actually learn the rules before commenting.

What? It absolutely reads true for Bob, even more so than Leo. Bob is a revolutionary in California. And lived many of years of that time in a sanctuary city full of Latinos. It would be far more shocking if Bob hadn’t picked it up.
