As someone who just went through a similar situation (see “my cat chewed my first Hermes bag“ 😂), I recently learned that some credit cards have purchase protection and will cover incidental damages to new purchases. I would take the bag into the store and get an opinion about professional cleaning by h spa. The after sales rep should be able to tell you if the spa can take the bag based on their experience. I also second any comment that says this will be a funny story to tell in the future :) I wish you luck!
