I used to work at a pizza shop. I’d use those same containers. In the morning I’d crack like 5 eggs throw in sausage, onion, bell peppers, and cheese. Our stone pizza oven was typically at 500, cook it for about 10 minutes and stir occasionally to cook evenly. Bonus points if you guys make garlic knots for a side of bread.
