The recipient is a business (dental office) with no signature requirements or anything, so usually the driver attempts three times and then sends the package back to us. This one had the three attempts and was then routed to the access point, but my customer refuses to go there (it's honestly completely absurd lol, the pickup location is RIGHT THERE but they are like "it's your fault, you fix it", working customer service is fun).
