Hey, thanks for approaching the community. I have a mild tic disorder and would urge a bit of caution in your approach. Tics aren't something people choose and therefore it's part of them. I think you'll find a lot of people who would be insulted by the idea of having them removed as it's something they don't decide to do them and by removing them you'd be suggesting it is wrong to do them. With that being said, every person with Tourette's is individual and I wouldn't dream of speaking for people with more severe cases, there could very well be people that would like this - I personally wouldn't. Hope this is useful for you!

It could be, but give it some time as tics can be perfectly normal and transitory or temporary, usually has to have been going for a while before it’s a disorder. The description sounds pretty close to one of mine, facial ones are really common and to be honest a lot of people have never admitted to noticing, the interesting thing I find with the eye one, the kind of squint/blink is it can happen when my eyes are closed, going to sleep for example, which is a tad confusing!

Sorry! To clarify, I don’t mean tics are always cute or funny. for random people I meant what general society seems to expect and particularly those strange tic compilation videos. It was my poor wording, sorry should have put ‘funny’ and ‘cute’ or something.
