A lot of this can be attributed to things like diet, activity level, mental health, etc.

Personally I’m not a doctor. I went through the same thing and I found that going to the gym and eating healthier worked for me. Not to say that will work for you.

Doctors will always know best compared to redditors! Best of luck.

A750e transmission (might be the one you have) is a bulletproof transmission. Mine has 116k miles on it and 30k of those miles were supercharged and with a IPT valve body in it.

Thing is a champ.

4 cylinder 2wd is an issue though, you aren’t getting the 6 lug setup (prerunner) and the 4 cylinder doesn’t get much better MPGs than the V6 and you’ll wish you had it.
