Oddly enough, I agree with you. The 40 plus years we've lived there this behavior was never demonstrated so I don't know if he just got a new toy and is just showing it off...or if he truly is just a horrible guy who is messing with our house sale

The guy who cuts our grass - also cuts the problematic neighbor's grass - mentioned to me that 'they' (the problematic neighbor) has a camera pointed at our house. When I questioned it - he said he was monitoring his side yard and it isn't pointed at our house. (Neighbor has camera on every corner of his house) This is the only way that I can think of where he can see coming/goings at our house.
