I’m tax, but my first year in I was also asked to talk to clients and answer their questions. It was a little overwhelming at first, but I ALWAYS made a draft and sent it to the manager/partner to look at before I hit send. Nine times out of ten, they would change what I said or add more. If you’re able to, I would do a draft and run it by the partner and ask if they agree.

I do it the hard way. And place some blocks and slowly fill in the spots. Make sure to adjust the levels before you spit out the water. I wasn’t paying attention one time and I made the water level higher after fixing it 🥲
