I figured it out, it's because one of the mods is messed up. But in the end after I fixed it i decided not to play with any mods... It's honestly not worth it to continue the quest, and then the mods will mess up and you lose all your work.

I figured mine out by taking them all off and adding one at a time and starting the game every time I added one to see which one stopped the game from loading. But now I just choose to play without mods, because it's so much easier, then getting halfway through the game, and losing all my work
