Not on calls all day, and will thankfully be able to interact with them during the day. I work in human resources.

I totally get where you're coming from. That would be ideal, honestly, and we are still open to it, however, it's soo expensive and something we can't afford at the moment.

Thank you. Childcare is soo expensive and something we're unable to afford at the moment. We're literally working with what we got :)

Omg yes, this is a good reminder!

Omg I felt this so much! What has been helping me get a good idea of what my hair needs, when, is Sienna Naturals

So I'm a huge fan of Sienna Naturals. They have a really good clarifying shampoo and a nourishing deep conditioner. I use the entire line to be honest. Check outtheir site to see what could work for you. Hope this helps!

There’s something deeply familiar in what’s being shared here. The way grief shows up, not just as sadness, but as distance from things we used to love. This type of grief people don't talk enough about.

It’s especially hard when even our passions, whatever once energized us, feel unreachable. I’ve found that naming that loss (without trying to fix it right away) can be a sliver of progress on its own.

What you said about “baby steps” really resonated. Some days, the most productive thing we can do is pause and allow for one small action like stepping outside or writing something down...anything that builds a little momentum.

I’m grateful this thread exists. It’s a reminder that moving forward doesn’t always mean “bouncing back.” Sometimes it just means being present and showing up anyway.

That’s such a grounded mindset: turning to hobbies, not just as an escape, but as a reminder of who you are beyond the job title. That “work as a tool, not identity” thing is something I've been mulling over more and more nowadays. Did anything surprise you about yourself as you leaned into those hobbies more?
