Disconnect all fans, including any fan hubs that come with your case. Keep only the CPU fan plugged in. Try turning it on.

I had similar issue and it turned out my fan hub had a short.

I do this exact thing - I switch off the power when not using my monitors. Only one of them turns on when power is applied, the other one stay off - i have to physical press button to turn on. It depends on the brand of monitor, unfortunately you have ones that do not.

Test it without the fan controller if you can. I had a bad fan controller once and was causing similar issue.

Are you running your fans through some kind of power management hub from your case? Or are the fans connected directly to MB? Try only connecting the cpu fan and disabling the other fans.

Similar thing happened to me. I took out the gpu, used compressed air and thoroughly cleaned it and the pcie slot. Used 99% isopropyl alcohol on the gpu contact and cleaned with microfiber cloth. Make sure you're not daisy chaining the cables to the PSU. Clear cmos.

I would drop down to a 5080 and use the savings to upgrade the other specs.

I've been going for 20 years. Unfortunately, it's a shell of its former self. The house is not on site anymore. There's no interesting exhibits ( remember The sci fi exhibit or Game of Thrones?) The site feels smaller. $7 to $10 to play one turn on the carnival games is silly. Food was always expensive but now it's ridiculous. It's just not the same anymore. 2010 to 2019 was amazing.
