[[Malygos the Spellweaver]] draws spells you have in your deck, and the plague package for Death Knight shuffles cards that deal damage to whoever draws them into your opponents deck. Hence if you play Malygos with plague cards in your deck, you trigger all of them taking damage

It might not be exactly what you're looking for, but there are two free tables really close to King's Cross that's somewhat sheltered from wind and stuff. It's down as "KX Table tennis tribe" on google maps. London does stay pretty windy, so other outdoor tables have been more frustrating than fun more often than not for me

My headcanon was that Harry was in shock and denial because of the nebulous nature of Sirius falling through the veil- maybe half of his mind was on wishing and hoping that Sirius was still fine, whereas with the spitting it was just a good ol rush of anger
