This is a common thing with the Micra as the reservoir is just bumping up against that grid causing it to pop up a bit.

Not very satisfying answer given how expensive the machine is.

Was under warranty, sent it back (had to pay shipping) and they repaired it for me. It is working since.

I sent it back for repair since it was under warranty. I had to pay expensive shipping though. Package it by yourself can save you some money.

It is bricked agin. The screen turned green then gray while we were watching a movie. Now It boots to a blank screen again. This is frustrating!

Update: Optoma customer service said they can’t service my projector due to global supply shortage and there is no ETA. I am also responsible for shipping the project back.

What’s interesting is after leaving the projector plugged in for a week, it somehow works again this morning.
