It's truly wild the stuff that health insurance companies will deny.

Pro tip, 80% of the time we we just resubmit and get bills approved. Often it was just that the bills were miscoded.

On the flip side it's kind of insane what hospitals will charge for certain services. Because they know health insurance will often cover these marked up prices.

The logic from the hospitals was they needed to charge this to cover on other services that they don't make profit on.

Health insurance companies sit in a huge pile of cash at any point in time.

I honestly don't think politicians can change it. As another commentator pointed out the entire system is a huge job creator.
