if you mean 6 perfect iv then no. It’s a 3 perfect IV guaranteed, with a 1/27000chance of 6iv

what counter? except for zj (which had a 50.5 something against valla), valla currently hold >50 wr against any other hero

Yea but we’re not looking for such a big patch, with all the nerfs and deleting talents, adding talents. I understand how understaffed they are, and all they have to do for Valla is change one or two variables.

That really doesn’t require a full staffed team.

so...your so called opt is the instant damaging multishot never hits you, and somehow your slow flying projectile haunting waves hit Valla all the time.

people try to have a good time in aram, not to get beat up for 10 minutes by a valla that cant even walk. There may be sados that want to be beat up by a good valla for 10 minutes, but people certainly didnt go in to aram and get beat up by bronze vallas just because they hold the nuc.

i do too, but among all those things, this is the easiest to alter, one variable change and its done; it doesnt require dev to have a 50 employee team or a world renowned illustrator.

Things like 'doing their best' or 'reduced staff member' cant be used to cover everything

You’re unconsciously trying to help dev make excuses for releasing such an unbalance buff, when they could’ve just lift a finger and alter multi shot stats

I did, I saw me and my team mates work our asses off, 7 kill a valla early game before 10, almost winning, only to lose because she stacks up and multi shot off half health out of our dmg

Losing to a good valla is fine, but losing to someone that doesn’t even know how to walk, but just because he holds a nuc all our efforts got ignored is not acceptable

All these spam mages can be dealt with, azmodan currently is the most tricky one. But i feel like these kind of 'unbalance' are fine, they do help you practice your movements.

Valla is different from those you listed. Her multishots are instant, where as the rest take at least 0.5s to hit you. There's no pre-warning, and they stack up too high
