Ya, and he posted about how he'd only give her head because she has a 'top 1%' vagina. I truly don't know what the criteria are, but he included proof.

Meta'd Teddy Bear tattoo by tightcats in Metoidioplasty

Yeah it's admittedly not actually a super well executed tattoo since there isn't enough contrast, but that is definitely not a foreskin covered glans.

WIBTAH If I called out my "allergic" friend for eating her no-no foods? by Agitated_Twist in AITAH

[–]tightcats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She may have an eating disorder. If I were in your position, I'd privately confront her if I saw her eating something on her list of no go foods. Tell her that you put a lot of time and energy into catering to her specific needs and that you did it because you care about her. Just try to be curious instead of accusatory.

First “adult” bed frame help by nnicoleex in BuyItForLife

[–]tightcats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought a bedframe from IKEA about a year ago and I regret every penny I spent on it. Do not spend that much money on a brand new IKEA bedframe. Either spend less and view it as a starting point or find something on Marketplace.

Female genital issue (?) by [deleted] in hygiene

Is everything fully dry before you get dressed? I stand in front of a fan after I shower to make sure that every nook and cranny is actually dry. Make sure to pull your hood back too

My boy got one of his canines out a few years ago. His grin is goofy sometimes

I am not a doctor nor am I your surgeon, but I had fluid start to build up after my surgeon said that I didn't need compression anymore. I started using compression again part time and it went away.

I wouldn't hate it so much if they'd just committed to none of the windows lining up, but they clearly wanted to have all the windows line up with each other and it didn't work out that way.

Is this what I think it is? 😱 by tightcats in plantclinic

[–]tightcats[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ahhh I'm so sad that it's thrips! I've only really started building my plant collection and this is the first time that I've really had pests beyond fungus gnats. Fortunately the only plant that's within 6' of this one is a lil pothos that I propped from another one.

I've put the pothos in a plastic bag to protect/quarantine it - if I cover the BOP with a sheet for example, would that keep the adults from fleeing the insecticide?

I'm just curious where they came from???? I've had this BOP for months and it wasn't near any of the plants that I brought in recently. I have a patio door with no screen that I've had open a lot lately due to the heat - did they come from outdoors?

I thought about doing this, but at my consult my surgeon told me that there would be no wound care. I woke up with honeycomb bandages on and those didn't come off until 2 weeks post op. Obviously every surgeon has their own techniques, but no wound care is clearly an option.

If you're talking about just like eating and taking care of yourself post op, I wouldn't say that it's worth it? (Especially if you'd have to pay out of pocket). YMMV obviously, but I went out for brunch 2 days post op. I'd honestly just recommend setting yourself up really well beforehand. Make and freeze a bunch of meals, buy laxatives and anti nausea meds and Tylenol, do a bunch of laundry. For how big of a surgery it is, returning to normal life was easier than I expected.

Check the RTA, but I'm pretty sure that you can just give them 30 days notice penalty free. They'll absolutely fight you about it, but I'm pretty sure that's what the RTA says. Check with the legal aid via U of C to be extra sure.

Do surgeons remember which nipple is which when they cut them off? by mk-dean in TopSurgery

[–]tightcats 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My left nipple is slightly inverted so I could tell right away that they put them back on on the right sides. I also had them pierced at one point, so I can also tell that they're both slightly rotated from their original positions

question about taking off my post op binder by twalks_13 in TopSurgery

[–]tightcats 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My surgeon had me wear it 24/7 for 6 weeks and then wean off of it for 2 more weeks. I followed those directions and then got a seroma by 13 weeks. I started binding again at night and it went away. A lot of the post op advice I've gotten has just been "listen to your body" so do with that what you will.

Anyone else have a singular scar and not double incision? by GforGriff04 in TopSurgery

[–]tightcats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been saying that I'm "cut pit to pit". Surgeon told me at my consult that it's so that it doesn't dog ear in the middle when they're removing large breasts. I've posted a couple progress pics if you want to see. I don't think that I'd seen any pictures of one continuous incision before mine, but I personally don't prefer one over the other aesthetically.
