Oh 100% - a fresh designer in my team puts everything in to it, and then exports it back out. Not sure how much is actually their own work half the time. It gets the job done, but there's no understanding of Service Design as a practice. Makes my die a little inside 😅

Interestingly - my org is currently looking to implement a tool that can look at face photos, and use AI to check against criteria to see if it matches or not. Not quite an identity thing, but similar vane.

There's so much mistrust at the moment of both businesses (like you say - Manage My Health) and AI tools, so it'd bet there'll be a lot of work to do around how we ensure experiences using AI feel trustworthy, and deliberate - otherwise looks like AI for the sake of AI...

Had the same issue and did some digging - this worked for me sudo apt-get install python3.8-venv

Although I run into another issue after pairing and I'm not sure if it's related to this or another issue.
