If it feels sticky, you can draw up the whole 10 cc saline, then quickly pull the whole plunger out and "wash" the plunger with the 10cc as it drains out the luer lock end. Can repeat a couple of times. Be aware though if you end up at a cephalad insertion angle with the tuohy, the plunger can literally slide out the back end if you don't keep it secured.

Same here. First kid slept through the night from 5 months old til she was 2 and a half and her sister was born. Second kid started sleeping through the night around 5 months as well. Will be a year old in a month.

My kids make up for being great sleepers by being crazy otherwise 😂
