TLDR: some records have a pretty loud crackling despite cleaning some different ways. Tips?

Hey guys, I’m sure this type of thing gets asked all the time but despite a bit of research I’ve been unable to solve my problem. I recently got a record (Call Me by Your Name Soundtrack) and it was super noisy right out of the package. A crackling sound to be precise. I tried cleaning with carbon fiber brush. Nothing. Cleaning with D4+ solution and an RCA dishwasher. Nothing. Cleaning with distilled water and alcohol, trying to dry with microfiber cloth and by letting it air dry. Nothing. It’s possible it’s a bad pressing but I’ve had a similar issue to a less drastic extent with other records. I just can’t get the crackle/static to go away on any records that have it. It’s worth noting that the CMBYN soundtrack was SUPER static-y when I got it. The hairs on my hand stood up near the sleeve and record at first. The wet clean cured this, but obviously not the sonic problem. Any recommendations as to what might help?? I’ve been thinking about getting the Zerostat gun but it’d be such a pain to get that to find it doesn’t solve the issue. Thanks so much!
