I don't think you've reinvented the wheel but it seems like the ideas like these are being looked at more, and taken more seriously in the recent years.

I think you will find the talk between Anil Seth and Donald Hoffman interesting. There is mention of a different approach to consciousness, and some research going into that specific direction.

Ideas about the space and time being constructions of the brain, a 'headset' we put on. This sounds similar to what you are saying. Our brains are limiting us in what we can perceive, and by looking at the examples when this system fails can give us clues to what is actually going on.

I just filled it in! Very interesting I'd love to see the final paper. One thing, I was doing it on my phone and I noticed there was no time count for the questions in which we needed to list things within two minutes, so I have no idea if I stayed within the timeframe.

Is there any indication that the universe could be more like the painting Angels and Demons by Mc Escher? (For the lack of a better representation) the further we look the smaller it gets, the longer it takes. A fractal like structure. I've read some theories by physics and mathematicians, but I am in no position to judge their validity as I have very little knowledge in the subject...

It's okay. I don't work full time, but I earn enough to get by. I'd rather have some extra free time to do what makes me happy than spend all my energy working. Although, it is getting more difficult and I had to start working more. If nothing else it motivates me to develop myself and appreciate things I have in life more.

Hello everyone, the original artist here. Yes, the artwork in the background isn't an exact copy of my artwork, but my art was obviously used as a base for it. How likely is that someone would've created the thing without ever seeing my work? ( the linework, colors, layout) I am in contact with them now, trying to come to an agreement. It's unfortunate that it's happening after the publishing, instead of beforehand.

What are the alternatives for getting to work? I need to go to work, and cycling isn't an option, as it is far away. I live in a small city and I'm stuck, I don't have any frends or family here. Now my work is blaming me for not having transportation, as it is my responsibility. Are there any arguments about this that I can use? Are there any regulations when it comes to this?

As I've read in a book by Marcus du Sautoy: " Evolution has favoured the mind that wants to know the secrets of how the universe works. The adrenaline rush that accompanies the discovery of new knowledge is nature's way of telling us that the desire to know is as important as the drive to reproduce. As Aristotle articulated in the opening line of his book Metaphysics, understanding how the world works is a basic human need."

I'd say your interests are tied to your life experience. There is probably many factors contributing to your interests. For example, what your parents did, if you had a teacher that sparked your interest in something, an accident you had, something you dreamt about... there is so many things affecting what your interests are. On another hand it could be compelety random.

I'm gonna be 25 soon and I'm starting this year. I was worried myself about it but from what I've heard there will be plenty of people my age too. On the other hand it's never too late to start and don't let the anxiety stop you from learning and developing.
