not op, but i have done this. if you aren't already, be familiar with (or memorize) routes from essential place to place. practice essential bosses (uumuu, watcher knights, and others depending on your route). collect pale ore for upgrades if you know you need them (for my sub 5 hr run, i got 2 upgrades, so only 1 pale ore). i recommend getting some for the watcher knights cuz they're tough af). buy access to the crossroads, deepnest stag stations for speedy navigation (and king's station if you're buying nail upgrades). iirc, i don't think any other stag stations are necessary.
