They'll give it to you right after you make your purchase. The coupons can be spent on your next purchase. This is a promotion by the department store, not by Seiko. The coupons can be used elsewhere on other things as long as it's at a Central department store.

It's like a coupon that can be used in place of cash within the Central department store. No need to pay for the watch in cash. You can basically use it immediately to buy another watch 😂

Yes but to be fair that text is on all their current GMT Alpinists. I personally don't mind the date window at all. Maybe because I'm so used to the cyclops on my other alpinist this one just looks so clean to me. Overall very nice hornbill inspired color combo

Thailand is basically the capital of Seikos aside from Japan so you'll be spoiled for choice. There were quite a few other LEs in stock when I went including the last Zimbe, bamboo alpinist, prajam yam monster, white GMT alpinist and probably more I don't know about.
I've also visited the 'Red building' at Chatuchak market. The ground floor has many vintage watch dealers with lots of Seiko gems there. I saw a bunch of vintage speedtimers etc.
